We have added a Complaints Trend Report under Management > Reports > Accounts Reports. This shows complaint trends by complaint category over a selectable 12 month period. There is also a graph option for this report. |

Surgical Pack Job Link Change |

We have changed the link color on the Surgical Pack jobs to GREEN on both the Packing Jobs and the Surgical Pack screens. |
